Filippo Tenisci, born in 1998, graduated in 2022 from the Pietro Mascagni Conservatory in Livorno, where he was honored as the top academically performing student of the 2021/22 academic year. Recently, he completed a recording of the complete set of Wagner/Liszt transcriptions for the prestigious Da Vinci label. A prominent pianist in Italy and across Europe, he made his solo debut in the United States in 2024, invited by the Art of the Piano Festival in San Francisco. In 2025, he won the Franz Liszt International Piano Competition in Rome with a perfect score of 100/100 and was awarded the Rospigliosi Prize. He has also triumphed in several other renowned competitions. In 2021, he performed Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 15 (K. 450) with the Roma Tre Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Sieva Borzak. Most recently, he made his debut with a live radio performance.
