Help us get the picture!

Besides the well-known questionnaire for gauging reader satisfaction, there are methods that users can use to send valuable feedback with just a few clicks or a short, easy brain teaser, helping the improvements of our services. We would like to try out two of these methods in the Central Library.

Pictures for better library areas!

Take pictures of your favorite rooms, areas in the Central Library and send them to the tetszik@fszek.hu e-mail address. Also take pictures of the rooms you don't like as much. These can be sent to the nemtetszik@fszek.hu e-mail address.
With our photovoice survey we would like to find out which areas are satisfactory for our readers and which need improvements. The survey is anonymous.
Your e-mail address will be deleted after the picture is saved. Detailed privacy notice here.

Let's map out how well you know the library!

In the Browsing Area of the Central Library, you can acquire a blank paper map at our information desk. Write down on the map what services can be found on the ground and first floor of the Central Library.
Important: write everything down from memory, if you cannot remember, leave it blank!

The map can be downloaded here, after printing and filling it out, you can hand it in in the Browsing Area.

With our ethno-mapping survey we would like to map out, how well our readers know the areas and services of the Central Library and how visible are our signs and guides set up in the building.

Thank you to all participants in advance for your help!
