Fluid Art - Works by Amateur Painter Mária Nagy Kovács

We're excited to announce a special exhibition of contemporary art showcasing the works of amateur painter Mária Nagy Kovács. Her paintings can be viewed at the MESZL Library in the Havanna housing estate. The exhibition provides a comprehensive overview of the Transylvanian-born artist's work to date.

As an experimenter, she employs the technique of 'fluid art', using acrylics on canvas to create liquid paintings. Drawing inspiration from nature, her artworks feature organic forms and a vivid array of colors, crafting a unique visual experience. Kovács has expressed that painting brings her calmness and joy, aiming to inspire viewers to engage their imagination and creativity.

The exhibition will be open for two weeks starting April 15, 2024, during the library's regular hours. We warmly invite you to join us!
