Erika Juhász Exhibition

Erika Juhász, renowned as the "queen of watercolour," resided and created her art at 1/a Bosnyák Street from childhood until 2018. Since the start of March this year, a plaque has been placed at the entrance to honor her memory. As a gesture of reverence, we, in collaboration with the artist's daughter, Diána Beleznay, have organized this chamber exhibition in our library to introduce more individuals to Erika Juhász's artwork. The exhibition will be officially opened by Péter Ürmös, graphic artist and vice-president of the Association of Friends of Artists (Művészbarátok Egyesülete), in the company of Gabriella Keczely, graphic artist-painter, and János Kemény, photographer-poet. The exhibition will be open for viewing until May 3, 2024, during the library's normal operating hours.

Opening Date: Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 4:30 p.m.

Location: MESZL Bosnyák Library (1145 Budapest, Bosnyák utca 1/a)
