BREXIT:
On 31 January 2020, the UK officially left the European Union, and this event became known as Brexit. As a consequence of Brexit, both the UK and the EU experienced several changes in various sectors, including the education sector. Starting from 2021, students are required to apply for the necessary status through the EU Settlement Scheme, which is available on the government’s website.
In 2021, applicants had to pay the same tuition fees as British students and were also subject to the same student loan terms, provided they meet all the residence conditions.
