Book return spot during the closing period of the Central Library
Attention! Due to a planned power outage on Friday 19th July, the book return spot will close at 4 pm!
As we have announced on our web portal, on our social media sites and in an e-mail, the MESZL Central Library will be closed from 1st July to 28th July, during which significant maintenance will be done in our building.
At the same time, as a comfort service, we will ensure the option to return loaned books during our closing period.
This way, anyone, who will not be in Budapest after the opening on 29th July, will have the option to return their library books in July. Our Readers returning on our opening day will also be glad to have these books to browse from, as well.
Between 1st July and 26th July, from 10 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, we accept library books to return at the book return spot set up by the service entrance of the Central Library (on the opposite side of the building from the Reader Entrance, at nr. 18 Baross street).
