The mandala is a symbol of harmony, wholeness, and the infinite nature of the universe. While drawing and coloring mandalas require intense concentration, our bodies find rest, our muscles relax, and our blood pressure and pulse rate decrease, releasing the tension caused by stress. Engaging in coloring is a form of alternative meditation, stimulating brain activity.” (Kata Sütő)
