Bricks, Line Up! – Exhibition by Lajos Dóka
The paintings of Lajos Dóka are on display in the gallery and display cases of the Library of Bíró Mihály utca (MESZL) until the end of June 2025. We warmly welcome all visitors during the library's opening hours!
The artist introduces himself as follows:
"I started painting about 20 years ago as a way to express my thoughts and inner turmoil. At first, it was just a form of self-entertainment, but over time, more and more people began to appreciate my work.
As a chemical engineer, I engage in creative work even during my day job, so painting and chemistry complement each other well for me.
I hope my paintings will inspire thoughts and provide enjoyment to visitors of the library.
The title of my exhibition is taken from a song by the former band Rolls Frakció."
Participation in the programs organized by the library is free of charge. By attending the event, participants acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during the program and could be published on the library's website or Facebook page. Data management is based on voluntary consent. If you wish to object to the publication of your profile, please submit a written request.
