Word Pictures - Exhibition by Éva Szatmári
What can a communications professional do when, while leafing through old newspapers, they are struck by words and headlines? Reflect on them. Pictures and words merge into one, creating a new dimension that invites reflection. The artworks were created in the spirit of recycling: old newspapers, new thoughts.
In addition to the pictures, the exhibition will also feature several pieces of reimagined furniture.
Music by jazz pianist Márton Rácz.
The program is held within the framework of the Budafok-Tétény Spring Arts Festival.
Date: June 5, 2026 (Friday) at 5:30 p.m.
Venue: MESZL Library of Nagytétény, 1225 Budapest, Nagytétényi út 283.
The exhibition will be open until August 28, 2026, during the library’s opening hours.
(The library will be closed for its summer break from June 29 to July 26, 2026.)
