Supported by the municipality of Ferencváros, 9th district of Budapest, pensioners and new mothers with child-care allowance living in the 9th district (having address in Ferencváros) can have free membership in the branch libraries of Metropolitan Ervin Szabó Library located in the 9th district.
The service of free membership is available after residence card, identity card and certificate of Pension Payment Directorate (for pensioners) or Hungarian State Treasury (for mothers with child-care allowance) are shown.
