The children’s section located in the separate room of the library offers a wide variety of tales, picture books, works of non-fiction and juvenile literature and novels to the young generation of readers. Our collection also covers compulsory readings adapted to DVDs, music CDs, audio books and hundreds of slides that can be borrowed free of charge by everyone who are interested in them.

Knowledge of library use
One of the basic services of our library is the education of knowledge of library use; it is available in Hungarian to all educational institutions of the 3rd district. Programs concerning library use are held and visits to show the library are organized to preschoolers and pupils of primary school.

We have great adventures by various topics within the frame of thematic programs
in the empire of the library. Several thematic programs and guided tours related to exhibitions of book illustrations and story illustrations are organized to children upon request, regularly.
