Our library is located at the bridgehead of Margit (Margaret) bridge on the side of Buda, in front of the Budai Irgalmasrendi Hospital. We are awaiting our readers here in limited space with a book collection of 30 000 volumes, a specific section for children, 32 different kind of periodicals, 4 kind of newspapers, hunderds of DVDs, audio books and CDs for language learning. A digital catalogue of our collection is available here. Schools and kindergartens nearby are welcome to visit us and get a presentation of the library in groups according to their needs, and they also can have library activities regularly. We have a book delivery service for handicapped, ill, old readers, and for new moms with a baby up to one year old. Users of our library can book volumes already borrowed, extend the time of their borrowings via e-mail, phone or online.
