A The Sociology Reading Room can be found on the 4th floor of the library. 10 000 volumes of the reference collection wait for the readers in the reading room of sociology. The collection includes encyclopaedias, cyclopaedias, dictionaries as well as the compulsory reading of higher education and the frequently required works. The collection of sociology-related works are enlarged with the literature of adjoining sciences.

Hungarian and foreign periodicals of sociology and social sciences (the current volumes and the bound ones) are placed on the periodical gallery above the reading room, on the fifth floor. The list of periodicals available in our collection can be found under the menu item  Folyóiratok  (Magyar folyóiratok) / Periodicals  ("Hungarian periodicals”)  (left menus).
Neither handbooks nor periodicals can be borrowed.
